Park skiing was born out of revolting.

Although Volkl's Revolt 87 Ski hearkens back to the days when resorts didn't have parks, and skiers were forced to roam the streets for rails without bolts, this plank itself isn't some old-school stick. It's a modern park plank that provides professional-leveled pop thanks to its competitive camber shape. The camber not only helps you jump, but also supports each landing for less of an impact. The ski's shape is completely symmetrical with a classic twin tip that rides and butters in any direction with equal zeal.

Volkl built the core's tip and tail out of poplar to keep light on your feet, and a denser ash covers underfoot for better binding retention. Carbon stringers reinforce the wood core without weighing you down or losing too much flex. Volkl sandwiched full sidewalls around the ski to enhance durability and ease tune jobs.
