Great shoe - is yellow tho

I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

Love this shoe. Wider toebox and zero drop hiker with great support and a vibram outsole is phenomenal - can't believe more manufacturers aren't offering something similar. Also has sturdy toe bumper and a sole that doesn't force you to feel ever rock and pebble like a lot of "barefoot" shoes with zero drop and wide toes. Overall, shoe feels way more durable, supportive, and protective than I had anticipated and I am super happy about all of that. This is my new go-to after I had to stop wearing Salomons because of their narrow toeboxes. Just FYI tho, in person the shoe is kind of a "spicy mustard yellow" color, with a gray sole. I was expecting a brown shoe with a black sole. Not a deal-breaker or anything, just surprised me.

Need a second pair

The second I slipped my foot into one, I knew I had to buy them. I’ve been wearing them for over a week now and they’re great. I spilled a bunch of water on my feet and didn’t feel a drop soak through. Super light weight. Good grip. I wear them to work and haven’t slipped a bit. My only small issue with these shoes is that the tongue is stiff and kinda rubs into your ankle a bit. Same with the back of the shoe. But it’s loosening up and feeling okay. I have the gold pair and I thought they were a bit of a goofy color at first but everyone has been complimenting them. Definitely recommend this shoe

I have been wearing this shoe, daily, for about 5 months. They are lightweight but durable. It is very comfortable and grips extremely well. I did replace the insole because I have high arches, but I do that on all my shoes. My only complaint is that they don't come in a dark brown color.

Excellent zero drop hikers

I've used it several times

These are awesome. Zero drop, and wide toebox... The specs here on Backcountry are way off... Also they are dedicated hikers, not trail runners. Outside of Backcountry's wacky info, these are rockstars that are flying way under the radar in terms of popularity...

Great shoe

The last used is nice ,need to offer in wide widths, putt a gusset on the tongue.and then you have a five star shoe.Would like to have a leather backpacking boot like the St. Elias made on the same last as the satoru trail.

My new Do-Everything trail shoe

I've been really impressed with this boot. It's comfy enough to wear all day around city, looks at home with a pair of jeans, but also feels at home on the trail. I've had them on long mountain bike rides, and mountain hikes, and they feel totally sturdy underfoot. They are breathable and break in super fast. I find myself wearing them more and more, for almost anything.

Excellent fit

These low's are perfectly versatile for daily wear. I wear them everywhere and this color is sharp. Sizing is true and the grip is fantastic. When I'm not in need of a more aggressive boot, I got straight to these Satoru's and have been super impressed.
