cute but so uncomfortable

I've used it several times

These boots are so cute & warm, I wanted to love them - but they are poorly designed and the top cuff hits your achilles & back of leg weird and is super painful to walk in after a while. I was hoping l they would break in, but after 3x wearing they did not and it was annoying enough to not want to put them on ever again
