Gravity-fueled gluttony.

World-class racing icons and recreational rippers both rely on the Troy Lee Designs Men's Sprint Pant to keep them covered during blistering downhill laps, multi-stage enduro races, and lift-serviced park shenanigans. This moto-inspired pant is designed to meet your gravity-fueled antics with its articulated cut and lightweight, yet burly construction. It's a solid choice if your downhill runs require greater coverage or if you're getting gnarly on big hits and freeride stunts.

The Sprint Pant employs a blend of lightweight, yet abrasion-resistant fabrics for low-bulk comfort with full-length protection. 600D polyester throughout the shell is robust enough for withstanding scrapes and bumps along the way. Strategically placed mesh panels channel air when you're riding at breakneck speeds, cooling down your lower body in warm conditions. 3/4-length mesh lining pulls moisture off your skin, so you're not riding soaked in perspiration. Two-way stretch panels conform to rider inputs when subtle movements are the difference between cleaning a technical section or tumbling down the mountain.

  • Full-length coverage for gravity disciplines
  • Articulated cut with two-way stretch panels
  • 600D polyester shell protects from abrasion
  • Strategic vents alleviate overheating issues
  • Mesh lining wicks moisture for a cool, dry feel
  • Hook-and-loop adjusters dial in a secure fit
  • Zippered pockets for functional storage

Just alright

  • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

Purchased these for the days where wearing shorts might be a bad idea but not needing thermals. Out of the package they seem pretty nice. The mesh liner is good. The fit is perfect and the elastic waist straps add even more secure fit. They seem more downhill oriented mainly due to the fabric. Just walking in them gets annoying with the noise. Haven't done any pedalling in them yet. One giant flaw to me is the only two pockets. The front left pocket seems like it's made to maybe hold a Kleenex and that's it. While the right leg, side pocket tightly hold my Galaxy S7 without the headphone jack. Having my phone and music is a huge part of my riding, so that kind of sucks. Overall, they seem like alright pants for the price and brand. Hopefully TLD gets the hint on making pockets usable.

Just alright

Great fit

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

These pants are super breathable, and very ergonomic. The pockets are a little small. Barely fit an iPhone Plus. But, other than that, they're awesome!

Awesome Pants

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times

Great fitting and well thought out pant. Fits knee pads comfortably, awesome venting in crucial areas, and a few pockets for storage. Super durable will also being very lightweight.

Not too hot

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times

Mesh in certain spots keeps the heat down but also much much warmer than shorts. I go up one size if you are wearing shorts with armor under them.

The right downhill gear.

These paints are tough. Fit is a little tight in the crotch but they break in after a few hours of riding. They stay broken in after wash. Good product.
