Approach, don't poach.

A pre-season-proving grounds, the Bone Zone has always been a muddy, man-made feature Mecca for boarders looking to get their tricks dialed before the lifts start spinning. But to actually experience this pre-winter wonderland, a lot of hiking, climbing, digging, and building is required, which is exactly what ThirtyTwo had in mind when designing the Men's TM-Two Bone Zone XLT Snowboard Boot.

The stiff-flex, articulated cuff, and performance backstay keep you locked in with reliable support and response when you're hiking the same wooden rainbow rail for hours on end, while the traditional lace closure, tongue tension system, and internal lacing system put the level of snugness in your hands and make for an easy on and off. Inside this boot, the Level 3 Intuition heat-moldable liner forms to the exact shape of your foot for plush comfort that won't break down, and Intuition J-bars hold your heel down to enhance cushioning and response. Meanwhile, an Intuition heat-moldable footbed with molded heel cradle adds tons of cushioning on heavy landings thanks to the comfort ridges with a micro-fiber, dual-density Evolution foam heel pod. Plus, a tough-as-nails Vibram outsole grips and rips icy parking lots and sloppy snow with ease, all without extra weight.

Best Lace up boot in the game.

If you like a no thrills boot that can crush anything on the mountain you need these. Great fit, love the 7/10 stiffness of these boots. No Boa or Speed laces to worry about breaking, just always reliable laces! Vibram sole is the icing on the cake. Highly recommend for medium to expert rider looking for something stiff that you can still tweak a method with.

Yup. Vibram.

The soles of these are absolutely amazing. I'm interested to see how that little extra plastic piece that holds a portion of the lace holds up but other than that I'm into them.

However, I'm still partial to the boa tech than the normal lace but that's just me.

How is this boot different from the other 32 TM-Two XLT boots? I'm trying to figure which one is the best for billy goating on icy, rocky ridges
