Awesome, durable pants

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pants are great for what they're made for: climbing. I love the UPF factor and durability. Only issue I have is the pant legs are a little wide and the waist not adjustable.

Great choice for climbing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pants are very durable and I like the UPF protection up to 10 washes. Climbing is comfortable in them both indoor and outdoors. I've dragged them across rough granite and they are holding up well. There is elastic at the ankles which is nice. I do wish there was a way to tighten the waist to fit more securely. They are a reliable climbing pant all in all.

Feels like buttah

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am 5'-4", 130 lbs. with a 30" waist (usually 125 lbs. 29" waist, uh oh), and these pants feel loose at the waist. I got the utility brown size 30 short, which feels like a regular size. The size 28 wasn't available then, and I usually get a size 29 waist. I use it for casual wear and bouldering or drytoolering. I got it recently, so not sure about its durability yet. At least it hasn't piled at the bottom like another North Face "climbing" shorts I got. The excellent features are UPF protection and low-profile adjustable friction lock at leg openings. Looks good and feels soft and stretchy. Comfortable and light. The friction lock at leg openings is functional and discreet, with no dangling cords. The pockets are a good size, but the little side zippered pocket was unnecessary.

My go to climbing pants

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've bought two pairs of these project pants for climbing. It's got pretty good stretchiness and flex for those high feet moves and it looks good as well. I also love the tightener thing around the ankles to keep the pants tight around the ankles so it doesn't get in the way.

Office and play pretty good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted that perfect crossover of office ready and play pants, got pretty close. Fabric is very snaggy, not good in terms of abrasion resistance, but super-silky comfy. They do run pretty long I think?
