Happy hiking!

Bought these before my trip from Onion Valley to Whitney in the last week of July. (CA still has snow!yay!)We found the trails were rather worn by the time we reached the snow fields on Forester Pass and one mini patch over Whitney(no spikes needed there). The extra security of the spikes on the steep and icy (later slushy) incline and decline in the morning was all the confidence I needed. Happy the snow had melted enough where an axe was not necessary! Great fit, not bulky, easy on/off, and light.

Thank you so much for taking the time to add your experience with the crampons, to our community. It's really helpful and I'm stoked to hear they were the right style for your ascent.
