Warm Base

Comfort!

I have bought this product for many years!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great product. I have been buying this style of hooded shirt for several years. Primarily, I use is for outdoor activities 9 months out of the year where I might need some warmth but I still want the shirt to be breathable. In the summer backpacking or fishing it provides cooling when it has loosened up a little do to use. This fits tight but true to size. It will "relax" over time so it is not skin-tight. I'm 6'3" tall and 190 lbs .

I would not buy this product
I wore this hoodie three times. On the third time I wore a backpack for two hours. After taking the backpack off I noticed there was a hole worn in the shoulder where the strap was. I submitted a claim with Smartwool and they denied it stating the straps caused the snag. I couldn't help but notice models littered all over this website wearing backpacks and bibs with straps. Seems as though I used this hoodie as Smartwool intended. Very disappointing. This isn't cashmere.
