Also failed on first use.
As another user reported, the tab at top of shoe that holds lace detached first time worn. Looks like manufacturer defect that was never sewed/attached. Would not buy this shoe again.

Sturdy Solid Shoe

The shoe is meant to be stiff as it has gortex and resists water. It’s a solid winter shoe and my go-to. I have a wider foot and it’s one of the reasons I like the shoe- I do not find these to be a narrow fit.

I love these shoes. I just bought my second pair. These are my go to everyday shoes. They are really comfortable and true to size. They hold up really well and last a long time. Buy them!
