- Q & A
Don't hit the woods trails without them!
- Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
I have been wearing these Trail Gaitors for a month now! They are EXCELLENT for keeping those irrigating teeny tiny little stones and debris out of your shoes. I do all woods trail running logging 5-10 miles daily. I wear Salomon Trail runners and although they do keep out most stones and such, there are those tiny little things that get into your shoes that are just irritating. When you finally take your shoes off, what is in there is so small you can barely see it but totally irritating while running. Since I have been wearing these Gaitors, I have had no teeny tiny irritants at all. Thinking this was just all in my head, I went out a day without them, only to have an irritating little stone find its way in my shoe about 2 miles into my run. I do not hit the trails without them. I wear 'no show' socks, and the Gaiters do not irritate my skin around my ankles at all. I would absolutely recommend these to any serious woods trail runner.

I wear a woman's size 7.5 shoe. Should I order a S or M gaiter? Thanks!
Hey Cupb, thanks for the question.
According to Salmon's sizing chart for gaiters, you should fit squarely within the size Small. A medium suits shoe sizes 8.5 and larger.
Thanks, Lexi! :)
