Babies first pair of soft shell pants

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times
  • Fit: Runs large
  • Size Bought: Small

Wow. I never thought that I would ever purchase pants like this. Ive always been very anti technical style pants like this because honestly, most styles are pretty dorky and unflattering (think convertible style pants...)
So far I've only worn them climbing and they have been wonderful. Very comfortable to move in and keeps you cool in the heat. They have a slight euro / jogger feel to them. The waist is nice and high - I haven't measured the rise but I would guess it is around 10 1/2- 11 Inches. The fit is flattering and slim with a comfortable waist band that is adjustable - it also makes your bum look pretty good. The pant is extra long by regular standards but can be easily fixed by a cuff. I think I will end up having mine hemmed. I was surprised that I was a size small because tend to size up in pants. I usually need a little extra room in the hip area.
I have received so many compliments on these already! After I brought mine home my husband decided he wanted them too and immediately bought the mens version .
Overall great pants except for the length
