Alter Ego Snowboard

Not sure if it's going to be a deep powder day or just dust on crust? Be prepared for whatever you face with the Ride Alter Ego Snowboard. It has a unique tail design that allows you to ride the board in two different ways. The tail has a split down the middle with a clip that locks both ends together. Keep it locked when charging at high speeds, sending jumps, and laying into nipple-scratching carves or leave it open for a surfy, swallowtail-like feel when you're cruising and slashing up fresh pow.

The predominately camber profile provides high-speed stability, reliable edge hold, and energetic pop, while a long rocker zone toward the nose keeps you floating effortlessly across the deep stuff. Carbon Array 3 laminates run from the insert packs to opposing contact points for amplified response and power transfer. Not content with merely using carbon in the board's internal lay-up, Ride's Carbon Slimewalls insert carbon into the Slimewalls for the best of carbon's energetic response and urethane's damp, ultra-smooth feel. It's finished with a Fusion 4000 sintered base that readily absorbs wax for fast glide across deep snow and flat run-outs.
