At 785mm wide, Race Face's Atlas 1/2in Riser Handlebar's been designed with the gravity rider in mind. And to fulfill the strength requirements this sect demands, the Atlas is constructed from cold-drawn, seamless 7050-T76 aluminum with internal butting at the clamp zone.

For excellent ergonomics and control, Race Face gives the Atlas an eight-degree rearward sweep and four-degree upward, which places the wrists in a neutral position. This allows riders to naturally maneuver the bike in the air and on land along multiple axes. The Race Face Atlas 1/2in Riser Handlebar comes in an anodized, durable Black finish, and it has a 31.8mm clamp diameter.

Great Bar

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

Something about RaceFace has always seat right with me. The sweep just seems perfect and it makes for a very comfortable set up. Wide but not too wide. They're an easy upgrade at a good price.

Sweet Looking bar

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

Needed a nice looking bar with the right bend and these where it.

I ended up chopping off the ends a bit to suit my needs and Race Face makes it easy with the end of the bars being marked with gradients. The bend puts your hands at a natural riding position and has just the right amount of flex so it doesn't feel like it's knocking your shoulders out of socket.

Hard togo wrong with this set of bars.

785mm is the best

Atlas bars are nice and stiff and great quality. 785mm is my personal favorite over 800mm or 760mm. I have these in both half inch and inch and a quarter rise and both are amazing.

    Race Face does it again!

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times

I needed an inexpensive handlebar for a freeride bike. I didn't want to go as wide as my other 800mm bars so these were perfect. Wide enough for an aggressive stance - narrow enough to fit through tight spots.

Nothing super fancy about them but look amazing and work on a budget. What's to argue about?
