Ideal for wet, damp environments where down insulation won't dare, the Rab Men's Nebula Insulated Jacket keeps you warm without weighing you down. It features a lightweight synthetic insulation that mimics the high-loft properties of down, but, unlike down, will still insulate when it gets a little wet.
Like down, Cirrus 3M Featherless insulation offers surprising warmth given how lightweight and compressible it is. Unlike down, you don't have to worry about it losing its insulating ability when in wet conditions. Pertex Endurance fabric is tough to resist tears from snagged branches and brushes with rocks, and it features a DWR finish to help it repel light rain and snow.
An air-permeable lining boosts breathability to keep you comfortable during high-intensity activites. The helmet-compatible hood features a polymer peak that shields your face from the elements without getting in the way of your vision. The Nebula's finished off with elasticated Lycra cuffs and an adjustable hem to seal out brisk breezes.

- Q & A
Is this comparable to a 600-fill Down or 800-fill Down?
Any idea how the fill weight/loft compares to say an Arcteryx Atom AR?
It will be warmer than the AR. Nebula uses 244g of their synthetic insulation versus AR which uses 120g on body and 80g underarms. Nebula weighs 4oz more than AR.
1) Is it good enough for -25 - 30 degrees in Celsius ?
2) Does it have waist stretches inside?
