Lightweight and packable.
Rab's Ignition 2 Sleeping Bag offers lightweight packability for backpacking as well as the comforts you crave while camping. Its Pyrotec synthetic insulation provides a surprising amount of
breathability for maintaining warmth on summer backpacking adventures and shoulder season car camping trips. Because its so breathable, Pyrotec makes the Ignition very
packable for compact storage in backpacks.
Rab designed the Ignition with a tapered mummy shape that gives more room up top compared to most mummies, and the angled footbox stays snug yet still allows for some movement. The ripstop shell has a high strength-to-weight ratio, and the polyester lining is soft to the touch. This bag also features an internal draft collar and a drawcord at the hood for secure coverage.

Comfortable and affordable!
- Familiarity: I've used it several times
Great sleeping bag for the price. It compacts really well, it's comfortable, and keeps you fairly warm. It has a nice cool feeling when you first get in it, then warms up seconds later and keeps you warm (to the degree it says). Carried this with me to Yosemite recently and it kept me warm all 4 days. I'll say that the Spring/Summer nights in Yosemite are about the limit for this bag, though. First night in Hodgdon Meadow got fairly chilly for me (mainly because I didn't keep my socks on). The other nights were much better at the top of Yosemite Falls and at the backpackers camp. Keep in mind, I used a hammock and tarp.
