PatagoniaRe-Tool Snap-T Fleece Pullover - Women's

Quintessential comfort.

When it comes to comfort, the Patagonia Women's Re-Tool Snap-T Fleece Pullover is queen. This luxurious pullover knows a thing or two about plush coziness thanks to its high-pile Polartec Thermal Pro fleece, which retains serious warmth—without the bulk. Additionally, the fabric is bluesign certified and touts a partially recycled construction, while the stand-up collar features a double layer of fleece, making it a formidable adversary against bitter winter chills. A four-snap front placket offers a customizable look, and the kangaroo-inspired handwarmer pocket provides warm respite for chilled hands. Not to mention, the princess seams assure a finished, effortless look that's equally at home on your couch as it is at the corner coffee shop.

Does the white one wash well?

Want to love this but it's so short

  • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
  • Fit: Runs small
  • Size Bought: M

I am 5'9" and long-waisted. This jacket barely hits the top of my hips with my arms at my sides and comes up over my belly button if I raise my arms overhead. I would love to own one of these jackets if Patagonia would make them in a Tall version. I tried ordering up a size to see if that would work better, but it just became shapeless and baggy.

Pretty nice pullover sweatshirt

I have wanted this pullover for quite awhile after seeing it at a store. I finally decided to take the plunge and get it, I got the feather grey/ink black one. I sized up from my normal xs size and I’m glad I did! This pullover definitely runs on the small side, the small fit pretty nice but was still little tight around my chest area and the hole for your head is also a little on the smaller side. This sweater provides pretty good warmth except for when it is really windy, the wind seems to go through the holes. I have washed it multiple times and it has not lost its softness. Overall I don’t think this sweatshirt is worth the full price, but if you can get it on sale I would definitely go for it!

Family favorite

This is my favorite item of clothing, I have a yellow one and loved it so much I now have black as well. It is soft and warm but I don’t think I have ever overheated. My sisters both purchased one. I find myself struggling with what to wear if mine are dirty. For fit size up!!!! Patagonia always runs large so I’m not sure what happened here, I have lots of other Patagonia items in a small and I have this in a medium. I am 5’7 and weigh 120 lbs.

Love, love, LOVE

Very warm and soft. Love having the kangaroo pocket, very deep. Not very stretchy, so I'm glad I went with the medium instead of the small. I'm 5'7", 125lbs, 32D. If you're unsure about the size, use Patagonia's fit guide - super helpful.
I wear it every day to work. Haven't taken it hiking yet. Probably wouldn't stuff down into a pack very well, might be a bit heavy, but would definitely would keep me warm.

Fun, Cozy and Functional

I snapped up the deep fuchsia shade and have worn it nearly every other day since. It fits a little bit snugly but not overly so. I can easily throw it on over a t-shirt and it keeps me wrapped in softness all day long. Also love the deep kangaroo pockets and front snap pocket for your ID/small key. Then I went ahead and bought the fleece vest too. Obsessed!

Terrific!

I love this fleece pullover. I purchased it for a safari I went on. It was perfect for the chilly air of the early morning drives. I typically wear a size small in tops and this fit well!

I got my Snap T pullover 3 years ago. While this is not a technical piece, it has kept me warm, cozy, and looking good over the years! The pullover is in great condition still. When you can find them on sale for under $60, there is no reason not to have one in your wardrobe!

Satisfied and Comfy

This is the second Patagonia fleece that I have and I'm pleasantly surprised and happy with this one. The pouch is in a bit of a strange spot, possibly because I'm a bit short but overall I do like this jacket. It is warm enough during this spring weather and it fits well. I love the soft material and the sale price was extra helpful.

So soft,

I bought this for my wife for her birthday, and here's what she had to say:

The Re-tool snap T fleece jacket is super soft and cozy, but runs a little shorter and more boxy than I had hoped. The fleece is ridiculously lofty and soft, though, which is nice for cold nights. I had hoped for something slightly more packable that could be used as a layering piece, but this is just a little too bulky for that, so I'm returning it.

Love it!

Second one I’ve bought. Great sweatshirt

❤️

  • Size Bought: Large

I love my jacket. I had to get it when I saw the smolder blue color. I’m usually in between a medium & large with Patagonia.. I have a black re-tool in medium and a navy re-tool in a large. (One of them is a full zip, not sure which, sorry) They both fit great depending on what I’m wearing underneath. So I ordered a large smolder blue knowing I would need some layering this winter and it fits great! I’ve also worn it with just a tank and it’s still good. It’s long enough that I can wear leggings. I’m a little obsessed with jackets, usually fleece or soft shells. I mostly stick with 3 of the more popular brands as I know how they will fit me. I’m not a good judge on whether a jacket runs small or large as my shoulders are a little wide and I wear a 38DD. I like having some extra room, nothing tight. Give them a try. My re-tools are used the most. I wear them everywear, work, home, shopping with some hiking thrown in too.
Oh, just be sure to turn them inside out and hang to dry. I wash mine on delicate, with cold water. All 3 look brand new. I absolutely, highly recommend the Patagonia re-tool!

Perfect gift

  • Familiarity: I gave it as a gift but have feedback to share

I asked my wife what she wanted for her birthday. She told me to buy her this jacket. I chose the buffalo green/industrial green colourway and she loves it.

It goes great with jeans, leggings, jeggings, you name it. It is warm but lightweight and she highly recommends the green if you're looking to get this jacket.

Posh Patagonia!

My first but our family's 3rd Snap-T pullover. Terrific quality; fabric feel is soft, fit is perfect. I'm tall and appreciate the sleeves, which are good for me (and not overly long either). Love the color (railroad blue) and color selection. Hope Patagonia continues making this for years. Backcountry service was prompt.

Runs very small

I was so excited to get this after wearing my daughter's from last year, size Med. I received it in the mail and tried it on and it was such an odd fit. The cut is very different than last year. It was tight across my chest, a bit longer, looser by my hips...just an odd cut. I hope they change it back!! I had to return it. I tried on a large at a local store and it fit better across the chest but still an overall bad fit so never bought one. It you are VERY slim it may fit better. I do crossfit and have an athletic build.

Weird pocket placement

  • Familiarity: I returned this product before using it
  • Fit: Runs small
  • Size Bought: S

Fits very snugly like the Better Sweater 1/4 zip, but SUPER soft! Unfortunately had to send it back because the pocket placement was oddly high - I think because the torso is shorter in length than typical? I'm sad because I was hoping this would be a good complementary version of the Better Sweater 1/4 zip, but with pockets!

Do they shrink up with washing/drying?

Great jacket

Great Valentine gift for for men or women

    Runs small.

I'm 5'5" and weigh 145 pounds. In sweatshirts I wear smalls, I received this product today and was so excited to finally receive it! I tried it on and it's very short and tight. I do have to say that it is VERY soft. If it were true to size I'd keep it, but since it doesn't fit of course it's sadly going back. :/. The color was also true to the picture. I definitely recommend going up at least a size. The price is also pretty steep for the product.

    Lovely and warm

I bought this for my daughter, and she absolutely loves it. It's incredibly soft and exceptionally well-made, plus she looks adorable in it. I'm glad I heeded the reviews and went up a size. My daughter normally wears a small, which would not have worked at all. For reference, she is 5'1 and weights 110 lbs., and the medium was a perfect fit.
