Love the light weight

Nice style and color. Just don’t like how the collar doesn’t lay down so it pokes my neck sometimes.

It really keeps you warm!
- Familiarity:

I have worn this hiking a few times now and it really does the job at keeping me warm. I usually have to stop and take it off shortly after I start hiking. I love the lightness and how you can condense it into the pocket for easy storage while traveling or backpacking. It comes in many different colors which I appreciate!! I love lots of bright colors & bold patterns.

Great jacket but didn’t love the fit
I had been considering these jackets for a long time and finally took the plunge. The quality is great and I love how lightweight it feels when you’re wearing it. Unfortunately, the medium was too tight in the shoulders and the large was too long in the arms and baggy in the middle. I normally wear medium in my other Patagonia gear so I was bummed that I couldn’t settle on a size that fit right.

Perfect mid-layer!
- Familiarity:
- I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
I bought this as an outer layer when riding a bike and it is great. Breathable and light. Perfect for putting over a sweat shirt as a jacket and also works for a mid-layer when skiing.

I bought this cause I’ve had the same Patagonia jacket before and loved it, just wish the sleeves weren’t so narrow.

Love the light weight warmth

This jacket fits well. I'm 5'3 and typically wear size 8. I bought the medium and sits at my hips and I'm able to zip up with no issues. Did I mention it's warm and light weight?

Not great for petites

I'm 5'2'' and wear a size 12 pant - the XL is the size I needed to fit over my hips. It doesn't fit me that well - but I'm keeping it for the functionality. I need a warmer layer under my shell for snowboarding. This jacket is designed for tall, slender ppl. I'm keeping it anyways - but does look a like goofy on my body type......too long and sleeves too long. I really love the drawstring hem.

Very Slim Fit
I loved the jacket but I have found like the Perfect Sweater this is not made for women with a bust. I can’t go up to a large as the sleeves are already a tad long. As reference I am 5’4” 34’6 130 lbs. the medium only works with a T-shirt nothing heavier. I am disappointed I had to return it.

Perfect!

Other reviews mention this jacket is really made for a tall person and they are right! I'm 6 feet tall, 140 pounds and a small fits me perfectly! The length is just where I like it, the sleeves are perfect, and it is nicely fitted around the midsection. I would go up a size if I wanted to layer underneath but I am more likely to use a heavy vest over the top. The navy is a lovely color, too.
