Summer Favorite

Comfortable, classic summer weight white blouse. I was looking for a basic, well fitting breezy summer button down and this is it. The white is a bit sheer, a nude bra might feel revealing to some. Love the detailed roll on the sleeve, with a button to secure the sleeve if rolled up above the elbow. I found the sleeve length, body cut and length all as expected in a medium. The blouse runs true size, maybe a bit generous. Would buy a second color.

    Nice and casual

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times
    • Fit: Runs small
    • Size Bought: Small

It's a nice casual buttondown, lightweight, but I wouldn't say it keeps you cool in balmy weather, felt like normal cotton in the throws of Costa Rica and gets very wrinkled in the back when just sitting/traveling for several hours. Also runs small in the chest, if you're a C+ you're going to get the button gap. Again, a nice shirt, but just a shirt.

    Work & Play

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times
    • Fit: True to size
    • Size Bought: small

I love this shirt because it can be dressed up for work or you can wear it casually just to hang out in. The cut and fit is perfect, flattering but still comfy.

    Go-to desert adventure shirt

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
    • Fit: True to size
    • Size Bought: Small

This became my normal weekend shirt during a year living in Jordan. It made it through many desert camping trips and day hikes when I needed a long sleeved shirt for cultural reasons. The light fabric kept me covered without overheating, and I’m sure it will come with me on many future travels.

I am usually between a small and medium for shirts. I went with a small for this and it still fits well over tank tops or short sleeved shirts.

    love the fabric!

    • Fit: True to size
    • Size Bought: xlarge

I purchased the navy stripe in Xlarge. I'm between a large and and xlarge and went with the larger size should I decide to wear over a T/tank top. It will be perfect for hot humid temps as it is very lightweight, well made, length is good, and there's no visible logo. Love Patagonia shirts - perfect for traveling!
