Size up to avoid the shmedium

  • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
  • Fit: Runs small
  • Size Bought: Medium/Large

5'8" #160, broad in the shoulders, one of those unfortunate souls who never knows if he will be a medium or large (I believe this is what Heisenberg's Uncertainty Principle refers to). Anyways, I got the medium in this and it fit more like Underarmor. I bumped up to a large and its purrrrrfect. Drapes nicely and has a nice light weight for being 100% cotton. At least that is what the tag says - which is inconsistent with the description above. I got the Joshua Tree shirt too, which the tag states is a blend, and is noticebly different in feel (and softer, which I do prefer).

Cool Shirt That Supports A Good Cause

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
  • Fit: Runs small
  • Size Bought: XL

These shirts are soft and comfortable and each different shirt from Parks Projects supports a unique project concerning the area of interest. For example buying this shirt supports the Washington National Park Fund. With every tee sold, they make a donation to Washington’s National Park Fund that supports wildlife restoration in the Elwha Valley. This is part of a two-year monitoring program that helps examine wildlife recolonization of the Glines Canyon lakebed.
Shirt does tend to shrink so I sized up as I like loose fitting clothing

Great Shirt!

  • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
  • Fit: Runs small

I look for a blend of fabric for my tees as 100% as cotton ends up shrinking or looking really old after a while. It fits a little small after a first wash but thats' okay, I'd still buy the same size knowing that.
