Sleeves too long
Overall the jacket is great - especially if you get it on sale. Its well made and the body fits well. I'm 5'-9" and 168lbs and got a medium. My biggest grip is the sleeves are super long - gorilla length. I compared to other jackets and the OR jacket is easily 2" too long. I had to return as it looked silly on me with my fingertips peaking out.

Great fall jacket
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love having this jacket for fall weather around fires. Warm and well fitting. Material seems durable but not as much as say a carhartt.

Great buy for the price
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Perfect jacket for hanging out by a campfire during a cool Alaska summer. Keeps out light rain and wind.

Amazing jacket for working outdoors.
I purchased this jacket last year at the end of the season. It has became my daily jacket for chores and projects. It can pretty much do anything from trail to a community meeting in the same day. It cleans up well and the buttons are solid. I prefer this jacket over many other brands that focus on daily trade work. I highly recommend this jacket.

Big fan of a cool jacket
I love this jacket! Not as pricey as a flint and tinder but it's OR so it's well made. It's much lighter than I expected and for fall and winter in Appalachia it's perfect. My one gripe is that the loop for hanging it is sewn into the fleece and not the jacket? Very odd and I'm afraid it'll rip over time. The zipper pocket won't hold an iPhone but that's not a big deal. I'm 5'10" 150lbs and got a medium

Amazing look and fit!
I love the feel of this jacket. The medium is sized generously and I would say it is relaxed but very easy to layer. I wear on OR helium vest under this frequently and it is a very warm combo. The shirt security pocket won't accommodate my iPhone 13 Pro due to height but the hand warmer pockets are massive and my phone and keys disappear inside. The saddle color is amazing and it will get some nice wear marks due to the waxed coating. It isn't as waxy as a Barbour or some offerings from Flint and Tinder but it does bead the water. I asked OR if it can be rewarded and they confirmed it can. I put some extra otter wax on the shoulders and top seam behind the neck and it worked in nicely with a low heat from the heat Gun. The fleece is soft and the arms are lined so it is easy to put on and off. I have received a lot of compliments on this jacket and it feels like it will hold up nicely.

Love it!
Very nice jacket. I have received a ton of compliments on it so far. It has a slight waxed feel but nothing like waxed coats from Flint and Tinder or Filson. The chest pocket has a small zipper and won't fit my iPhone 13 Pro. The hand warmer pockets are lined on both sides and very generously sized. I tend to run hot and live in western PA so this does me pretty well for most days. It has a relaxed fit and is easy to layer. I am 5'7, 185-190lbs, athletic build and it fits well. Buttoned up the chest is about at my limit for comfort but I am used to wearing trimmer fitting clothes and it is workable. I have layered with my OR Helium vest and it is a very warm combo. Overall I am very happy with this jacket and would purchase again.

Interesting Jacket
As with most OR jackets I'm left with wishing it was a bit more breathable. I also wish the pockets were a bit bigger for a chore coat (small headlamp barely fits in chest pocket). That being said mine arrived just before multiple days of -15 temps here in Montana. The jacket was perfect for a run to the chicken coop and runs to the woodpile. Exterior being a waxed cotton material is much lighter than I expected, definitely not a canvas more of a nylon feel. The lined arms are great to slide layers underneath, for as light as it is it handled sub-zero temps easily for me in short duration outings. The fit is generous without being bulky and length is perfect.
