Great pants overall
These are a well fitting set of pants, very flexible. The material is prone to pilling, and they are not breathable in my opinion as compared to other hiking pants, but they are great for around town. If you sweat tho you will get wet

Back to Baggy
The fabric is still great, but they've gone back to the baggy leg style of long ago. Even the narrower leg that they had for a while was too baggy, and now that's gone. So these are still great for backpacking, but not for climbing or a smart leisure look.

My favorite pants
- Familiarity:
- I've used it several times
I’ve bought two different pairs of ferrosi’s and I am already planning to buy more. They are so comfortable and are great for casual wear or hiking. High quality like most OR clothing.

Fantastic Pants
- Familiarity:
- I've used it several times
Used these on recent trip to Canyonlands NP. The light weight and breathability were great when sun was out and the SPF rating was helpful too. Importantly the stretchiness of the fabric made it easy to scramble up and down the canyons’ so called trails. Only issue could be durability on rough rock, but Just be careful.

These pants are stylish enough to wear while traveling and they are tough enough to wear hiking or working.

Great hiking pants
Hiked 2.1 miles in a rainforest, repelled down a waterfall and took a dip in a fresh water pool. Never felt hot due to having pants on, nothing bunched up or ever got uncomfortable, and they dried rather quickly.

Exactly as expected - excellent!
Extremely comfortable, lightweight, not "loud" from swish. Happy with the size and placement of the pockets! And the waist is true to size - fortunately OR makes a 35" waist, which is ideal for me. I may have to buy a separate pair in black just to widen my wardrobe up a little.

Ultra Stretchy, great climbing pants
For years I've been wearing Prana Brion pants for climbing, and these OR Ferrosi pants are even more comfortable, stretchier, have great colors, and the cell phone pocket is in a good place for when you are wearing a harness. I also really like the drawstring for the waist, as it's minimal, doesn't require a belt, and doesn't interfere with a climbing harness. I've only had the pants for about a month now, so I can't comment on long term durability, or if they lose their elasiticity, but so far they seem to be holding up to bouldering and trad climbing. I haven't had them in any chimneys or anything yet.
