Why We Like The Coldfront Down Jacket

Filled with both down and synthetic insulation, this puffer is doubly armored to fight old man winter. For that triple-threat status, its tightly woven fibers help insulate while resisting gusts and drizzles, keeping us toasty through wintry commutes and atop blustery ridgelines.

Great jacket

Familiarity:
I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

Haven’t had a chance to try it out in really cold weather yet ,but it is a quality jacket. It is a roomy fit, I got my usual size large and I will definitely be able to layer under it. I love the bright red color. For the sale price this was a steal!

So warm!

Familiarity:
I've used it several times

My husband bought the bright green one for me, and I love it so much! It's very soft and lightweight, but soooo warm. I walk the dog in it when it's cold and windy outside, and I can't feel the wind through it at all. The color is a fun switch from the usual black or grey puffers. I'm a size 14-16, and the XL is roomy but not shapeless on me.

The bomb!

Familiarity:

I am super picky about my outerwear and have been eyeing this jacket for a while. I got it in the yellow sized medium and it is just what i wanted. The fit is perfect. I'm 5'5 and 130lb and it gives me a little room to move but doesn't look overwhelming. It is warm and comfortable. It was the coat that I chose to take on a trip to Europe to wear everyday in a bunch of different weather conditions. I layered in with a shell on top when it was pouring rain - thanks climate change :( And the yellow is fun and gets tons of compliments. This one is a winner.

No regrets. Love this coat!

Familiarity:
I've put it through the wringer

Tree line color is beautiful and I love the the look of the button closure. Even though there is no hood the collar stays up and keeps me warm. Medium was too roomy for me so I exchanged for a small and even on my longer body it wasn't too short. Also love the wrist gators and fleece lined pockets.

Runs large but I love it

I love this jacket. I have the treeline color and I'm thinking of buying another color on sale. I tried this jacket on in a local store first but they didn't have a color I liked. I usually wear size 8-10 but definitely need a small in this. It is short so it's not my only winter coat, but it is so practical. It is short enough that I don't sit on it in the car which is great. It is somehow both boxy and cute. I wear it all the time unless it's blizzarding, in which case I wear a knee-length coat. If you have a larger than B cup chest you might find it more true to size. I happen to have a fleece sweater that's the same color and I wear them together and it's not tight.

Favorite jacket ever

Familiarity:

I ordered the treeline color and I’m absolutely in love! I dress this up, and I wear it biking around and to the gym. I never want to take this off- it feels like a hug. I thought the sizing was perfect for layering. I ordered a medium and can wear a thick fleece underneath and the fit is perfect.
