Blackridge 1/4-Zip Sweater

Stay comfortably warm in the Outdoor Research Blackridge 1/4-Zip Sweater. The wool blend provides a breathable layer that retains warmth and wicks away moisture if you start to break a sweat while you hit the slopes at the local ski resort or rake leaves in the backyard.

  • A layer to wear under a jacket at the ski resort or around town
  • Wool blend wicks moisture and is quick drying for active wear
  • Merino wool is naturally odor resistant for a fresh feel

Wonderful except it's false advertising!

  • Familiarity: I returned this product before using it
  • Fit: True to size
  • Size Bought: large

The color, fit, and material seem great BUT it's only 9% merino wool. Super disappointed and returned.

Kendra - I am so sorry you are not happy. The description above lists 91% polyester and 9% merino, so I am sorry you didn't see that. Just want you to know! I have been using this fabric for a few years now and find that it has become a "go to" for colder casual days and even technical endeavors. Poly dries more quickly than merino, and allows the pricepoint to be where it is. 100% merino is amazing, but stays wet longer, is not quite as durable, and is much more expensive by the yard.

How to Measure:
For best results, take measurements over your underwear.
Chest:
Measure under your arms, around the fullest part of your chest.
Waist:
Measure around your natural waistline, keeping the tape a bit loose.
Hip:
Measure around the fullest part of your body at the top of your legs.
Inseam:
Using pants that fit well, measure the crotch seam to the bottom of the leg.
