    Great fit, holds your stuff

    • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

Keeps your trinkets safe in its many accessory pockets, adjusts and fits really well. Overall comfort and quality is excellent!

    Comfortable and resourceful

    • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

Love the feel of this. You can almost forget you've slipped it on, it's so much more comfortable than other options out there. The many pockets are nice as well.

    Awesome PFD

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I highly recommend this PFD, top notch product. Many straps make for endless adjustments and maximum comfort. The first big trip I took I wore it 4 days in a row and could've kept wearing it for days afterward. Flipped once and was kept up perfectly, even floated a few rapids in it for funsies!

The pockets on the front perfectly fit medium sized fly boxes, and the other scrunchy pockets are perfect for snacks or other small gear items. Many places to attach other tools and carabiners. The rod holding feature definitely comes in handy when re-tieing flies or line. If you're looking for a good fishing PFD, or just one with lots of handy pockets, this is it!

    NRS Chinook Comfort

The NRS Chinook is even comfortable for us ladies!

      NRS Chinook Comfort

      Great for fishing

      • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

Purchased this for fishing trips on the Green and this PFD performs great. Plenty of pockets and comfortable for all day trips.

      Kayakers. Yes, buy this!

If you love comfort and pockets on your kayaking or canoeing adventures—choose this piece of essential gear. Fits great!

        Great pfd

Very comfortable but runs a little small

Great PFD but beware of color

          • Familiarity: I've used it several times

I would recommend this life jacket to anyone as far as it goes. We bought them to wear on our kayaks and they are perfect. I would warn though that the charcoal color does not look the same color in hand as it does on the website. It looks very dark charcoal or nearly black in the pictures but, in hand, is more of a greenish light gray color.

          Great All-round PFD

          • Familiarity: I've used it several times

I bought this PFD for kayak fishing this winter. Its comfortable and has lots of storage for various items. Can't go wrong at the price point. I would buy again and recommend to anyone looking for a PFD.

          Works great, very utilitarian

          • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

Many pockets and places to store things. Adjustable straps make for a good fit.

Most awesome going to buy a second one

          • Familiarity: I've used it several times

This is an absolute must have for those fishing for salmon and steelhead in the NW tributaries from paddle craft. Its high quality and well equipped with plenty of storage and places for tools. I will be using these on my drift boat from now on. Grab the NRS pilot knife to go with it.

          Floats

          • Familiarity: I've used it several times

It's a drag to wear a PFD all day on the boat, but when you have to, it's nice to have room to store the essentials. Adjustable shoulder straps make getting the right fit easy. Seems well built and it floats.
