Ultralite hyperprice
- Familiarity:
- I've used it several times
This is a well made ultralight puffy jacket similar to Mountain Hardwear's various iteration of same in the Ghost Whisperer series. Well made means no construction issues, and so far I have not had any feather leakage. As with others in this category, it is surprisingly warm for such a light (and seemingly lightly filled) jacket. With my 40" chest, 35" waist, 5'10" height, average arm length, and 175 lbs-- this being European trim fit, a Large fits great with a little room for layering underneath. No waist drawcord, but it seems clingy enough (still I would like a drawcord). Cuffs, with elastic fit great. I have not had any zipper issues; although typical European orientation with reversed sides. I like it, and am a fan of Norrona in general, but I would not buy it at full price.
