My favorite flannel
- Familiarity:
- I've put it through the wringer
This is absolutely my favorite flannel. Other brands I own are Fjallraven, Burton, and Patagonia. I like the fit of this shirt the best out of all of them. That is definitely specific to me. So my general portions are I have a long torso and arms (see height and weight below). The reinforced elbow patches are rugged and flexible. The shoulder blades have the same patches should you end up on your back on the ground hooking up a tow rope. The sleeves are fitted well and I really like they have snaps, not buttons. I would consider this a medium weight flannel and works well layering with jackets and vests for optimal warmth. It works both for layering in the backcountry or heading into a work team meeting (occupational specific ;-P LOL)
