perfect width

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

THis is an awesome belt. However, it has more of a rugged tool belt type of feel.
It does come long, but you can cut it to customize it, just use a match on the end to melt the fibers.
I have been able to fit through these different brands of pants/jeans/ski gear
Burton, Marmot, Black Crows (ski gear); 7 for all Mankind, Hudson, Kuhl, Black Diamond, Mountain Hardwear (pants).

Great 2" wide web belt

Great belt, very thick, great buckle that stays closed. Will fit through most belt loops if you turn the leading edge on its end

    A bit wide

I gave these as a birthday present " really like the design; it is 2" wide but personally like the look even though it is a bit difficult to feed through the belt loops on my pants."

Too Wide for Non-Norrona Pants/ Shorts

      • Familiarity: I returned this product before using it
      • Fit: Runs large
      • Size Bought: One Size

As panditah134798 said, this belt is way too wide. I tried to thread it through Swiss Army, Levis, Brooks Brothers, and Kenneth Cole jeans. No way, now how. I wish I had read the reviews first. Those who said they have the patience to thread it through, especially in the back belt loops, must be flexible, too.

I was able to thread it through one pair of shorts. The Norrona logo on the buckle is cool. Of course, the buckle is huge to accommodate the wide strap. I have had several of these webbing straps and military-buckle belts, but they have been less than 2 inches.

      superduper wide

      • Familiarity: I've used it several times
      • Fit: Runs large

I failed to really think this through when I got these. But it is WAY wide. I can use it on one pair of shorts (although I must say I've gotten quite a lot of compliments when I do). I love the design but wish it were 1.5 inches or less.

Super sweet belt... for Norrona pants

      • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

This is a really solid belt, and looks and fits well with my Norrona Falketind cotton and Bitihorn lightweight pants. Due to the width, it can be a little tough to thread in the Falketind pants due to the lack of stretch in the belt loops. Still fits fine, just requires a little patience.

I've edited this review since the first few days of wear since it fits my Kuhl pants just fine as well. So five stars from me! Anything that I have that has smaller belt loops is likely to be office clothing, so I'd probably wear a different belt..

I really like the 2" width, it keeps my shirt tucked in better than a 1.5" belt generally does. Buckle seems super solid, and the bottle opener will likely come in handy on the weekends!

      Oh my gosh! How long?

I know you are not the first person to wonder this so I figured I would check it out. This belt is 120 cm (that is a little over 47 inches for you non-Euros).

        Awesome Belt

Love this belt. Functionally it works great - belt doesn't loosen from the box-frame like so many others do. I also like the wider profile at 2" instead of 1.5".
