Keep your kit light.
Whether you're biking across Colorado's San Juan Mountains or looking to trim some weight from your pack before you set out for a backpacking trip in New Hampshire's White Mountains, Nemo Equipment's Moonwalk 30 Degree Down Sleeping Bag is a good way to go. Weighing just over two pounds and insulated with water-resistant Downtek insulation, the Moonwalk offers a warm and cozy night's sleep while weighing a lot less than those two micro brews you just can't seem to leave behind. Nemo Equipment gave the Moonwalk a highly water-resistant tub design and added a pad sleeve, so you can lay it right on the ground, but also made the bag compatible Nemo Equipment's Escape Pod bivy sack for those nights when rain is a guarantee.

- Q & A
New Hampshire's White Mountains? I am surprised that a 30 degree bag like this one could be used outside of summer season there. Fall Season brought temps at elevation much lower than this bag's rating. Maybe this should be pointed out as a summer bag for that area? Where is the truth in advertising?
