Perfect for my wife

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times
  • Fit: True to size

I bought these for my wife who gets very cold (all winter). The sizing was perfect, they look great (in her opinion and mine), and they are warm. They feel like comfy sweatpants for her and look like nice pants for hiking or lounging.

Great pants

These pants are perfect except I am between sizes, darn it.

Purchased these specifically to wear while visiting the Arctic Ocean in Alaska. Very warm, comfortable, and good for hiking. Highly recommended for a solid cold weather outdoor play pant.

These are by far my favorite winter hiking/snowshoeing pants.
At 40 degrees or below, my legs turn into icicles and I love these pants because they keep them warm. They are are also super comfortable and have a great fit, they sit just below the natural waist (right below the bellybutton)and they are fairly stretchy, windproof, and slightly water resistant.

I LIKE that they are high rise

    • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
    • Fit: Runs small

It's very hard to find pants that cover your stomach in the cold weather! Thank you for making these for us who are past youth.

    high waist

    • Familiarity: I returned this product before using it

these pants would have been perfect, if they weren't high waisted. I can't wear things over my stomach :(

Otherwise the fit and shape and feel of these pants were perfect for the cold winter to come. Sad to have to return these.

    no petite length

I wanted to like this. Felt really warm and cozy. However, it was at ;east 4 inches too long and I folded it it and it was touching the floor! Yes, I am very short, less than 29 inches inseam.

    Wanted to love this.

Also, I am not a big fan of the "natural waist" rise.

Should have ordered my normal size

I ordered a size bigger based on some reviews but they were too big, stick with your normal size. They seemed very comfortable and will try to reorder!

      Best. Ever.

I run cold. Like, base layer + fleece + down jacket + hat and mittens cold, on a 30 night. Upper body is no problem, layering is easy there... but legs have always been an issue. I want them to be warm but not bulky, and I would still like them to look sort of good. These pants are the answer to all of my prayers.

Fit: sort of loose, but like a dress pant rather than sweats. Plenty of room for another layer underneath if need be. Mine are a bit long, so I'll probably hem them up.

Fabric/Texture: They're soft shell, so a little loud when they rub together. Not the end of the world. Not stiff like ski pants.

I'm 5'4 / 135lbs. The 6 fits perfectly, and there is a drawstring in addition to the snap should I need to tighten things down.

      super comfortable and warm

stitching on both leg bottoms are very crud just cut of and single stitching. Only one pocket, wish it would have 4 pockets.

Fabric feels very nice and sturdy survived 10 days backcountry camping (Death Valley and Utah) on my first trip. Dirt doesn't seem to clinging on to at all, still looks clean after 10 days wearing. Perfect (besides missing pockets) for my uses.

Tested them under cold conditions, 20 mph wind and feel warm with only base layer around 20 fahrenheit. doesn't sound cold but if you are out there for 10 days straight you are cold all the time.

I was looking for a comfortable pair of paints that still had some structure that I could wear while working outside in the cold. I loved the Yuma style for a super light summer paint and I was very happy to find that it had a fleece lined winter counter part. These paints are extremely comfortable, but still suitable for a working environment. The fleece is super soft and the outer layer really keeps out the cold and wind. The only set back was the size. I am usually a size 2, and was in the lighter Yuma paint, but this pair runs a little tight in the waist. I had to send back my size 2 and bought a size 4 instead. After a wash, the size 4 fits great! I love them!!
