A hospitable hotspot.

Eliminating cold spots found with traditional synthetic bags, the Mountain Hardwear Women's Laminina Z Spark 34 Degree Synthetic Sleeping Bag envelopes you in continuous warmth during chilly transitional months. Lamina construction achieves higher levels of loft, as well as the compressibility associated with down-filled sleeping bags. How is this achieved? Well, instead of the traditional stitching on most synthetic bags, Mountain Hardwear welds the seamless shell directly to the bag's synthetic Thermal.Q insulation, reducing overall bulk while and eliminating stitching zones responsible for heat loss.

Optimizing warmth along a woman's core and feet, this bag strategically maps insulation for maximum heat retention. As such, it's a great choice for cool spring and fall months, as well as milder winter conditions. The Lamina Revamp ripstop shell features a DWR treatment that repels outside moisture from seeping through in wet weather. And because its Thermal.Q insulation is synthetic, you won't have to worry about experiencing a massive loss in the bag's heat-trapping loft, should it become damp.

Designed for maximum comfort, this sleeping bag uses a women's-specific Comfort Mummy shape with an ergonomic draft collar and tailored hood to seal out cool breezes. The full-length zipper has double sliders for extra ventilation. Other key features include a Comfort footbox for a more natural foot position, as well as soft polyester lining for moisture-wicking comfort. It comes with a compression stuff sack and mesh storage bag for easy travel and packing.

War warm warm

I am 5.5" and 140 lbs and I got a regular and it fits fine with little leg room. I went camping in Moab Utah over spring break with low temperatures of 31 and it rained a little and I was comfortable all night. I did put on my thermal gear cause I get cold easily. I wish it had an inner zipper. For the most part, I like it
