Sheep are too powerful

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
  • Fit: True to size
  • Size Bought: Medium

This shirt is pretty great. Went from 80 degrees to around freezing temps in this shirt alone (Mt. Baldy, bear canyon trail). Pretty insane temperature range (if you're hiking and your body's warm), and the thumb slot is very nice when you're out in the sun since it protects your hands from sunburn. Still comfortable with gloves as well. I'm taking this on every mountain I go to.

The back stitching is very smart because it's very vented, and with other shirts my back is sweating profusely since it's up against my 20L or 30L pack. Still sweat, but less.

All Round Goodness

This is the perfect all-rounder baselayer LS... gets multiple wears on multiple occasions over multiple seasons. I have a couple of these and they are both in pretty solid rotation, can be worn as a pure baselayer or on it's own due to the slim but not super-tight fit & love the sleeve print. They have held up really well through washing and various activities + can handle quite a few days in a row before they get too rank.

All Around Greatness

I wear this thing biking, running, snowboarding, and it performs well in any circumstance. A must-have if you like all different types of outdoor activities, and value comfort, style, and functionality.

Instant Go to long sleeve

Bought this piece for my partner and he loves it. Great shape and the merino mesh back panel is perfect for when things heat up in the mountains. The odor resistance of merino is simply hard to believe.

Favorite First Layer

This thing is ridiculous., not only does it fit well it's super light weight with a mesh back, making it my go to touring piece or perfect piece to roll under my Yotei Powder hood on colder days.

Not only that, but its got some style to it so I just wear it day to day as a casual piece and roll it riding bikes.

the best merino

Mons only for baselayers

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
  • Fit: True to size
  • Size Bought: large

This piece is the equivalent of buying 3 baselayer tops in 1. First off merino is the fastest drying, stays warm when wet, and doesnt smell. I can wear this one baselayer on muti day treks without an issue (boxxers too). They use the highest quality merino with a super low diameter wool so it doesnt itch like the wool of old. Then they throw the mesh panel on the back which for me is a game changer with a pack on. Mons goes over the top making their pieces stylish as well passing the pub test. How to Measure:
For best results, take measurements over your underwear.
Measure under your arms, around the fullest part of your chest.
Bend to the side and measure around the place where your waist bends, keeping the tape a bit loose.
Stand with feet together and measure around the fullest part of the hip.
Measure from the crotch to the floor with no shoes.
