Kick your feet back after a long day's work with the luxurious comfort and laid-back aesthetic of the Merrell Men's Encore Chill Smooth Shoe. This relaxed slide provides a fuzzy-soft feel with every step, thanks to its Cosmo sherpa lining and OrthoLite cushioned footbed. Merrell Air Cushioning in the heel dissipates impact for a smooth walking sensation.
Full-grain leather promotes a luxuriously supple feel with unpretentious style that's fit for sipping coffee on lazy weekends or reading your favorite book on the back deck. Another stand-out feature, M-Select Fresh eliminates funky odors as you wear them for hours on end. Rounding things out, the surprisingly robust SureGrip sole maintains traction if you're forced to leave the house to run errands or walk the dog on early mornings.

- Q & A
Merrell Encore Chill Moc
- Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
- Fit: True to size
- Size Bought: 10.5
I purchased these as a replacement for the Merrell Mocs I purchased over ten years ago which finally gave out. I had such a great experience with those that I thought I would try the latest version of Merrell's. Primarily I use these indoors, but the sole's are heavy duty enough to be worn outdoors while doing errands. Given there is very little heal support, I would not recommend these for casual let alone strenuous exercise. Given that these have leather uppers, the fit so far is not as comfy as my old ones, but I am assuming that within time they will break in and be just as comfortable. The sherpa lining on the inside certainly is comfy and warm. Pro's: easy to slip your feet in after a long day at work, run out to the garage or do errands around town. Durable sole that can withstand what you may step on (lego's, rocks, assorted toys). Fits true to size, I am a size 10.5 and they fit perfectly. Con's: Leather uppers are a little rigid out of the box and as a result a little tight on the sides of the feet.
