MavicInferno Sock

Warm up.

Leave your summer weight socks at home when the temperatures drop and wrap your feet in cozy comfort with Mavic's Inferno Socks. While they may not crank up the heat quite as much as their name suggests, they're touted as Mavic's warmest socks and incorporate copper fibers to reflect heat back towards your feet. We know that no single layer can fully fend off winter chills, but the Inferno socks are set to be a warm addition to your cold-weather layering strategy.

  • A winter-weight cycling sock
  • Copper fibers claim to reflect heat back towards your feet
  • Cuff tucks neatly under warmers for uninterrupted coverage

Not sure how they do it but these socks are warm and thin. Grabbed them after near frostbite on big toe with traditional merino wool socks.

Quality made in Italy. I am not wearing them in this summertime pic :)

A better solution for cold feet:

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times
    • Fit: True to size

Take a $20 bill, tear it in half, light each half on fire, put them in your shoes. These socks are thinner than most of my summer socks, & the "high tech" copper fabric does nothing to retain warmth. Total waste of $.

You might be better off lighting a ten dollar bill in each shoe!

What about two $5s in each shoe?

    Warm Feets!!!

Oh yeah baby, the socks my poor dogs have been waiting for. Warmth and comfort in one package for my seemingly always cold feet. Can you say technologically advanced sock? I've had frostbite twice in my feet and these socks have delivered!!! I've tried many types and brands over the years and these socks are keepers.
