Just call it a shacket.

Residing somewhere between a shirt and jacket, the Marmot Men's Stilson Shirt Jacket is a thick and warm layer great for overcast days at the beach or camping out of your truck. The performance wool makes for a sturdy layer of insulation that regulates body heat and clings to warmth, even in the wind. But if wool gives you itchy skin, the Stilson includes a woven polyester lining to keep the shirt feeling nice and comfy.

  • A shirt-jacket hybrid ideal for cool nights around the campfire
  • Performance wool retains body heat and dries out quick
  • Nylon provides durability and extends life of shirt

All buttons. Stiff at the start, but do break in nicely

It's itchy, no inside pocket for my smart phone, the tag says dry clean only and the loose ends strings pop out for weeks. With that said, I got two greens and a blue. The itch goes away or I've gotten used to it. To the dry clean, my plan is special wash them at home. Just enough room to wear a few shirts beneath. The weight and warmth is unbelievable. It's great for a cool evening to rolling around in the snow. Best go to everyday jacket I've ever owned.

Multi purpose shirt and light jacket

I traded in my fleece jacket for this shirt-Jac and have no regrets. There is a nylon inner liner which prevents itch from rubbing on the wool but even so the wool is very soft. I like multi purpose things like this shirt-Jac, I have worn this out shoveling snow and on an airplane. I bought a small and am 5'11" and 150 lbs. Fit is great and somewhat slim which I like.
