color is a bit different, love it still!

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
  • Fit: True to size
  • Size Bought: Large

Love this shirt, I wear it often as a top layer, open over a t-shirt. With the sleeves rolled up it makes a great layer for the overcast, cooler, summer mornings. It's still light enough to wear most of the day. This shirt has an awesome, smooth, feel to it.
The Urban Army color is a bit darker in person, more like a forest ranger truck green, or the color of Multnomah County sheriffs light dress shirt. Still a great color!

Color correction

  • Fit: Runs small
  • Size Bought: XL

The photo of the "Urban Army" color looks more like a pastel here on the website. In person it really looks like more of an army green. It's a great color, but I was looking for a much lighter color to use this as a sun shirt and help reflect the sun.

I do like the overall style though, so I might keep it anyway as a nice everyday layer rather than a sun shirt.

I would also say compared to the size chart this runs a little small (though it still fits). I would have expected it to be a bit more roomy for a sun shirt you will likely layer over another top, though you could still describe it as an average or more form fitting fit vs a looser or layering type of fit.
