The right tool for the job.

Hiking shouldn't be easy, but it doesn't have to be grueling either, and the Leki Micro Vario Ti Cor-Tec DSS Treking Poles are here to prove just that with convenient three-piece shafts, vibration dampening systems, and comfortable cork handles. The stout aluminum shafts can be adjusted between 110 and 130cm, but can also be collapsed down to fifteen-and-a-half inches thanks to push-button release mechanisms. The poles comes standard with a Leki's Aergon Cor-tec grips, which combine natural cork with an extended synthetic material for a smooth and comfortable feel. The poles come equipped with standard small baskets, but can be switched out for larger ones (sold separate) if you're planning on using them for winter snowshoe hikes.

Leki Poles

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times

I loved these poles. This was my first time backpacking with dual poles. I loved the strength and durability of these poles. They are light weight but sturdy enough to help out with heavy loads. I'm 5'10, 195 lbs. They have some flex, with anymore than 50 lbs of added weight I would recommend non-foldable. They worked well and so light I forgot they were there.
