Warm, comfortable, but...
- Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
- Fit: True to size
Very happy overall with these boots in a wide range of scenarios-including late fall/winter mountain biking in New England as well as a number of gravel rides during the same period. They are not waterproof, however (no claims to be, fwiw) which brings me to my but/question...during last year's Rasputitsa in northern Vermont the day started with pouring rain and then turned to snow. By the end of the ride the boots and my feet were soaked. Fortunately they were not frozen-they are warm and paired with wool socks worked out as well as could be expected given the conditions. Curious if anyone has had any luck with Sno Seal, etc. on these or similarly constructed boots?
