Great winter boot

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times

These are awesome. I don’t mind wearing them all day. I live in Colorado and this boot had everything I was looking for. The fit is perfect but if you desire a thicker sock, ( I don’t) order half size up. I’m a woman’s Nike 9, Chaco 9, and ordered a 9 in this. Backcountry was 55$ more affordable than amazon prime at the time of my purchase.

Runs Big and Looks Scuffed

I was so excited to get new winter boots. These arrived today. I used winter medium thick socks to try them on. I am an 8.5 and the area around the toes and middle of the foot was fine, but the back of the boot was sooooo long. I would have had blisters. The suede on the boots looked worn in multiple spots and the trim just before the bottom seemed roughed up. Too bad because they are reasonably pretty for snow boots and the part that fit was comfortable, and the boots light in weight. But, I returned them. Backcountry customer service couldn't have been nicer.
