A do-it-all sandal.

Keen's Rialto Sandal isn't a shoe—big surprise, right?—but it can do just about everything a shoe can. The water-resistant leather upper is lined with hydrophobic mesh, so the Rialto won't shy away from a stream crossing or rain storm, and the PU midsole and footbed keep you just as comfortable as hotter, sweatier hiking shoes would. There's also drawcord laces and  hook-and-loop back strap, so you can dial in a snug fit for trail and town adventures alike.

  • Water-resistant leather upper
  • Hydrophobic mesh lining
  • PU midsole
  • Removable PU footbed with microfiber cover
  • Drawcord lace
  • High-traction rubber sole
  • Cleansport NXT antimicrobial treatment

Great Summer Sandal

  • Familiarity: I gave it as a gift but have feedback to share
  • Fit: True to size

I purchased these sandals as a gift for my dad and he absolutely loves them. He is pretty partial to Keen overall, but has always found the footbeds to be a little too hard for his linking. He would always wear these on the boat or near the water, but it wasn't always his go to for walking around. Keen found a solution however and now offers this shoe. The footbed is nice and cushioned, still offers the same features and support as the other styles, and still pretty light with the addition. The other cool feature he mentioned was that the footbed is removable. Great when you need to wash or when you simply do not wish for the extra padding. These have been a hit!

*** Sizing wise he told me these ran true to size for the most part, however possibly a half or quarter size small. The 11's worked for him, but he was on the fence about exchanging for the 10.5. He ended up sticking with the 11 because he did not want to lose too much length.
