Perfect jacket
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This jacket is an absolute perfection! I wore it the whole winter and spring which I didn’t think is possible. It is so light and thin I didn’t think it would be warm enough for winters but I wore it on a -30c hike with other merino layers and it was perfect! It keeps you cool and warm at the same time. Super light and comfortable

I love this jacket
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this as mid season jacket and it's perfect. Wear it inside and outside in the end! Love the colour, warmth and light weight fit. Sleeves long enough for me, and fits across my shoulders. I am UK size 8.

Strange-shaped coat
I was so desperate to get this coat and really looking forward to it because I've always worn Icebreaker merino base layers which fit me well. So I was really surprised to find that this jacket was a terrible fit, it's tight on the shoulders, but too long and totally shapeless. I'm 5.4ft and average weight for my height. My husband thought I'd ordered a mans coat by accident. So for me, it didn't work on either a functional or style perspective but fortunately free returns meant I was able to send back no problem

Light, warm, multifunctional
Overall a good jacket for casual as well as for sport. It is very light, so it can be combined with a thicker jacket or even with another mid-layer when very cold, and still does not feel bulky. It is warm considering the weight, which is great. It is pretty comfortable except for the sleeve vent that is pretty wide, making it somewhat weird and none practical. I would have kept it since overall it is a good mid layer jacket, but decided to return it as it fit large for me.

Light-weight and warm
Love this jacket! I've used it under a rain coat in -3 Celsius and it has kept me very warm. It's quite tight fit but has a bit of stretch so it moves with you.

Warm practical top
I love my hoody icebreaker jacket for winter so getting another lighter version seemed a good idea. This slips under my waterproofs or looks smart on its own and i can see it doing chilly summer hiking days as well as trips to town. It fits with my green conscience too.

Stylish and highly functional.
I never seem to make a purchase of icebreaker that doesn’t exceed my expectations. This jacket is as functional and comfortable as it is timeless and stylish. I have three Icebreaker jackets now!

Terrible fit
This is my first Icebreaker order and I'm super disappointed in the fit. I'm 5'0" tall and measure 36-27-36. I used the fit tool and it suggested size S which is my normal size. It's so tight I can barely zip it up. If I wear a thin t shirt, I can zip it but it's skin tight on my chest and hip. Shame as the color is beautiful and the merino loft seems like such a neat technology.

Weird Sleeves
This is almost a great jacket for running and hiking in winter. Great fit, great at regulating temperature but the sleeves are like “boot cut”. Instead of tapering at the wrist the sleeves actually get bigger. And they got rid of the thumb holes that were on previous models.
