Classic with an urban vibe...
My GO TO jacket for Fall/Spring rainy days; I live at 9,000 ft above sea level and I can layer for lightweight trips; love British Khaki (I've missed this color); Great w/jeans, boots and a sweater...

Cool street style
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m petite, 5’1, so this was similar to a trench coat on me. At the time I bought it, there was rain every week, and I thought it looked best paired with a pair of sleek leather boots. Since I bought it on sale, I think it was worth the price, but I would ever have purchased it at full price. Definitely a rain jacket for light tp moderate rains, not for downpours.

Nice jacket addition
I do love this lightweight parka and it fits well but it does get very, very wrinkly when travelling and it takes ages to get the wrinkles out which spoils the look a bit.

Light and stylish for mild weather
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great jacket to throw over anything. Suits causal styles and even a little more dressy depending on what you choose to wear with it. Only criticism is that, being quite short (1.6m) the pockets are a fair way down and my hands don't really sit well in them. But in terms of holding capacity, the jacket has heaps of space in the pockets. One set is zippered too, so super secure, if you remember to zip up! Not super warm, but you'd expect that, given the lightweight nature of it. Perfect for Spring/Autumn here is South Australia. I purchased size "S"

Versatile
I love how versatile this jacket is. It’s not for very cold weather, or heavy rain, but would suit all other conditions. Suitable for travel, a day in the city, a weekend away in the country with friends, even some easy hiking. The fit is great, love the internal drawstring to shape a waist.

NOT A RAIN JACKET
First the pros: great fit, stylish, lightweight, well-fitting if you size down. (I’m 5’4, 128lbs, normally Sml to Med. XS was right for this jacket.) Four large & roomy pockets. The cons: NOT WATERPROOF IN THE LEAST. It would be optimistic to say “water-resistant.” I thought a moderately rainy 30min walk would be a great test. After 5min my head, shoulders and arms were soaked and I turned back before I was waterlogged. Huge bummer because I love icebreaker and wanted to love this. Plus, even though I got on sale (thank goodness), I could’ve gotten 2-3 nice waterPROOF jackets for the price I paid. What do I do with this? It’s too long for a casual jacket, too light for a coat and doesn’t protect from wet at all. Guess it’s a fashion piece and nothing more. Not what I expect from a great function-driven brand like icebreaker. Really a bummer.

Lovely parka runs large!
I am 5'2"/156cm and normally wear M in jackets. The S was huge, like a sack, sleeves too long, so I returned it. Some months later the only size left in the sale was an XS, I took a chance - it fits really well, great for both city and the outdoors. Lightweight and easy to fit into a bag. It runs two sizes too large.

My new smart casual jacket
love wearing this jacket especially in the past few weeks where it rains on and off. I like the length of the jacket which cover up to my knee. This jacket would ve been perfect to wear on rainy outdoor concerts! the jacket is bigger than normal size so I got XS, normally I'd wear S for my base layer and M for outer jackets.
