Cozy wool sweater that fits perfectly

Love this sweater. While a heavier knit, it can be worn as an active piece on a blustery hike, or next to the fireplace with your dogs with your dogs on the side. My only note is that the color 'espresso' is a touch misleading. It's kinda maroon.

BEWARE - dry clean only

Having used icebreaker garments for many years and owning numerous items from underwear, base layers to jumpers/tops/jackets (to the extent that I will be wearing one or more icebreaker garments every single day), I didn’t bother checking care label and washed on usual wool / 30 degree cycle with low spin. So was somewhat surprised and extremely annoyed to find this garment now looking like it was sized for a small child! Admittedly when I checked the care label I eventually worked out what the symbols meant and then again found care instructions for this garment on the website. However, my real frustration is what are icebreaker thinking in producing a garment which is likely to be used for everyday wear which then needs to be dry clean only? Very poorly thought through.

Runs large, not as soft as my other 100% merino wool clothing, also directions for dry clean only. However, it is stylish w/ nice color (espresso). Unfortunately, returning this item

High quality merino wool sweater, warm and lightweight. Love the color, espresso. Wears well over Icebreaker merino T-shirt on a cool autumn night.

Good sweater, expected it to be a bit more heavy

Did not like the style

weekend relaxed top

very soft and relaxed feeling for weekend wear. A good fit and really like the buttons, makes it look cool!

Almost perfect sweater

Perfect except that it's dry clean only. Well, I'll see if it can handle a gentle washing.

Jumper
