The HP Hooded Insulator combines a stretchy quilted face fabric with synthetic blowable insulation, so warmth doesn't come at the cost of movement. The quilt lines are woven rather than stitched, which keeps the baffle construction free of cold spots across the whole jacket. Articulated elbows add another layer of freedom of motion, and the jacket works equally well as a standalone layer or a midlayer under a shell.
