Helinox built the Chair Zero High Back for exactly that moment, taking the ultralight engineering of the original Chair Zero and extending the backrest 7.5 inches to deliver shoulder and upper back support that actually lets you decompress after the miles are done.

At 1.5 pounds packed and folding down to 16 inches, this is a chair that fits inside a pack without demanding a negotiation over what gets left behind. The DAC aluminum alloy frame and proprietary resin hubs carry up to 265 pounds with the same structural confidence as heavier chairs, and the aramid polyester ripstop seat fabric is tough enough to resist abrasion and strong enough that small snags do not turn into bigger problems over time. Shock-corded poles snap the frame together in seconds, and the cinch bag keeps everything contained until the next stop on the map.
