The Shape SX R pairs a Sandwich Cap Construction with a Titanal and Graphene laminate over a wood core for real acceleration and edge grip on groomed runs. A wide tip eases turn initiation, a narrow waist adds agility mid-turn, and a broader tail holds stability coming out the other side. This package pairs the ski with the Joy 9 GW SLR binding, whose Full Diagonal toe and TRP release system cut stress on joints during twisting falls while keeping the whole setup lightweight.
