Too fit to quit.
Hypothetical question: If you can’t track your workouts, did they even happen? That’s the conundrum that the Garmin Vivofit 3 sets out to solve, and solve it it does, with a slim wear-all-day design that makes it easy to keep track of distance, steps, and calories burned, even if you’re not really thinking about it.
The Vivofit 3’s ability to read your activity is down to its Move IQ technology, which picks up on your activity (or inactivity) without any additional input from you. It also syncs up to Garmin’s Connect training platform, letting you store data on the cloud for easy access and review. You can also set exercise targets, goals, and inactivity alarms to make sure you don’t sit for too long, and pair the Vivofit 3 with a Garmin heart-rate monitor if you want to take your fitness tracking to the next level.

Love new style-Hate band
I have worn vivofit 1, 2, and now 3. I love the new style, but the first day i wore it it fell off of my wrist! Thank goodness I was inside the house and found it. I immediately ordered another kind of band. I can't understand why a company like Garmin can't fit a stop strip or something on the band. But I do love the device itself and would recommend it with another type of band.
