GIrlfriend raving about this jacket

Bought this jacket as a present, and first day she skied in it was the deepest day of the season. She loves the jacket, specifically the material and how well it breathes. Flylow also did a great job with the fit.

    Puma Surprise

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times
    • Fit: True to size

I picked this up for my resort days and it's been a nice surprise and a great addition to my gear collection. Practical, protective, simple design, and perfect for stormy or milder days here in Utah. I layer it up or down, depending on the parking lot weather forecast as I layer up for the day (I'm typically between sizes and went larger). This has been a great jacket.

I love how this jacket looks and feels. The features are simple and well thought out. I typically wear small and got a medium. I tried it on with a base layer, mid-weight , and a nano puff and the medium jacket fits all of that perfectly.

      High Quality Jacket

      • Familiarity: I've used it several times
      • Fit: True to size
      • Size Bought: S

The coat is very high quality, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a versatile ski jacket. It’s a lightweight shell, but keeps you very warm. The fitting is perfect if you're looking for a longer ski jacket. The hood is an added plus, as there is plenty of room when wearing your ski helmet.

      Shell love

I love this jacket. It is a great longer cut, awesome under arm venting, perfect hood. Bomber in a storm and lightweight and breathable for backcountry adventures. True to since. The adjustable arm cuffs are amply sized to accommodate even longer gloves.

        Unanswered Question

Hi, I'm thinking about getting this jacket for someone who is 5' 2" and 110lb or so. Would the size small still be too large?
She has a longer torso but still not a big person.

        The Flylow Puma Jacket

The Flylow Puma Jacket was featured in Outside Magazine's Best Jackets of 2018, see what they had to say below!

        Best For: Dropping in.

The Test: The Puma would have cost at least $100 more had Flylow not skipped brand-name waterproof-breathable fabrics and utilized its own instead, but our testers didn’t notice any loss in performance, even when banging out top-to-bottom Tram laps in Jackson Hole. This minimalist shell keeps things simple, light, and streamlined with merely four pockets, but it goes heavy on snow protection with a powder skirt, a hemline that comes down to the top of the thigh, and ergonomic cuffs that can cinch over gloves or under mitts. Last but not least, Flylow outfitted the Puma with the company’s signature large pit zips to dump heat when you’re boot-packing in search of that freshest of lines.

The Verdict: A lightweight, well-priced ski shell at home on-slope or off-piste. 1.4 lbs
