Flexibility not required.
Fizik designed the Cyrano R3 Bull Handlebar to work with its Spine Concept system and meet the needs of riders who aren’t very flexible. Nearly identical to the R1 Bull, the R3 uses a more economical aluminum instead of unidirectional carbon fiber.
Reach and drop measurements look like other handlebars, but the drop is what makes the R3 Bull work for inflexible riders. The drops are angled from the brake hood clamp area toward the back at about a 45-degree angle. This lets you use all the drops, whether you’re in full-sprint mode or just getting low to dodge the wind.

Bought these for my gravel bike, so comfort and hand position was the main purchasing factor. They are a no frills, nice set of bars.
Does the C to C measurement line up with the hood position? or does a 46cm bar have a 44cm hood position?
It is linear, there is no 'flare'
