This is my favorite camera bag, and is *almost* perfect. The camera insert works great, and the dividers were easy to configure for both my 12mm prime street setup, and my 18-300 zoom lens I use for day to day use. The removable insert is nice for travel, but youll want to keep in mind that access to the lower compartments is limited, requiring the pouch to come out. The top section is a great size for anything I could need for my day, with the laptop/hydration bladder sleeve giving me the flexibility to take it deep into the backcountry, or the frontcountry depending on what I have that day. I do wish they made the bottom pouch accessable from both sides, so that you could both access your stuff stored in the bottom compartments below the dividers, and so you could orient the back with the main opening on the other side, which would be more convenient for right handed people to access
