Legend 106 Ski
If you're the type of skier that heads straight for newly opened terrain, who loves to duck and dive into the fresh, snowy trees off-trail, who lives for the storm days—this legend is for you. As the widest ski in Dynastar's freeride collection, it's best suited for storm skiing and day-after exploring, with a lightweight core to keep your turns popping and a stiff metal laminate to keep you stable once the snow gets chopped. And while its well-balanced profile enhances performance on the deeper days, its not so wide as to be overwhelming when the snow gets skied out, and camber underfoot enhances edge-to-edge response if you find yourself on the groomers for the rest of the day.
- A smooth, powerful ski for adventurous off-trail riders
- Wide waist underfoot conquers powder and soft snow with glee
- Rockered tip and tail turn and carve easily in the fresh stuff
- Camber underfoot engenders controlled turns when you're on-trail
- Lightweight paulownia reduces swing weight for all-day adventures
- Titanal laminate ensures reliable drive through crud and chop
- Full sidewall construction adds durability and torsional strength
Recommended Sizing Guide
Your ski size is largely determined by both your skiing ability and your preffered style of skiing. For example, an expert skier on in Vermont will ski a far different ski than an expert in British Columbia. So take a look at our chart and explanations and find your perfect fit. Your weight also plays a large factor in finding the right ski. If you are either under or over average weight for your height consider downsizing or upsizing, respectively.
